OF ALEXANDRIA
We began our journey into auto appearance business with the creation of H2O Auto Spa, a specialty car wash and high-end auto detailing center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2003.
In observing the auto detailing industry at that time, we noticed there was very little standardization and almost a complete lack of quality control. This situation created varying outcomes and many dissatisfied customers. We saw an opportunity.
Our strategy was to apply processes and standards to everything we did to produce the consistent high-quality results we knew our customers would expect. We also realized that our customers would require a high degree of customer service. We set out to accomplish these ends as our primary objective and they continue to be an integral part of our company today.
Relatively quickly our business began to grow. Soon, not only were we busy with retail clients, but dealerships began to call. Dealerships would send us their vehicles—sometimes three and four at a time—but this created a problem. To service all our clients, we needed to expand. But how?
We decided to promote the idea of going in-house with our top dealership clients. In 2008 we were in-house with BMW/ Mini/Porsche/ Audi in Baton Rouge. We stayed there for 8 years. During this time, we expanded to other luxury dealerships in Baton Rouge and then onto Lafayette.
In 2014 we were invited by Walker Automotive to come to Alexandria and take over their detail department at all their stores. It was a huge undertaking. We process over 12,000 vehicles a year. This continues to be a great partnership and we enjoy serving the wonderful people of Walker Automotive to this day.
In 2014 we were one of the first companies to bring ceramic coatings to the Louisiana market with the U.K company Gtechnq. At that time, there were hardly any companies doing this and ceramic coatings were an exotic item in the vehicle appearance world.
How things have changed!
In 2019, we partnered with Ceramic Pro Americas. Their line of products was exceptional, and our clients loved them. We created Ceramic Pro Baton Rouge in 2020.
Today, we are an Elite Dealer in Baton Rouge, and we are opening our first elite store outside of Baton Rouge, the new Ceramic Pro Alexandria. This store will be open to the public and will offer the whole line of Ceramic Pro services, from ceramic coatings to Paint Protective Film (PPF) and tint and we will also offer the same auto detailing services and customer service we are known for.
